Tom Lockhart is a 1974 graduate of Texas Tech Law School. He had a litigation practice with Gibson Ochsner in Amarillo, Texas for four years.  In 1979, Mr. Lockhart moved to the Rio Grande Valley and joined Adams & Graham, L.L.P. He became a managing partner in the firm, practicing in  the areas of personal injury, commercial litigation, and mediation.  Mr. Lockhart joined Hughes Health Law PLLC in 2022 to continue serving clients in the Rio Grande Valley and throughout Texas. 

Mr. Lockhart is admitted to practice before all Texas State Courts as well as the U.S. District Courts for both the Southern and Northern Districts of Texas. His litigation practice focuses upon defense of professionals and insurance companies as well as death and catastrophic personal injury claims arising out of product, construction, environmental, and civil rights litigation.
